Hanging out with the Schaffers is always fun! But watching this family grow is the best! I just made it into "high five club" and now I've been out done again! Baby number six, three boys and three girls. It's been such an honor and joy to be this family's family photographer... engagement, wedding day, maternity, baby one, baby two, baby three, baby four, baby five, and baby six! She's Beautiful! She's absolutely perfect!

It was HOT and humid the last day of May, all the boys and Kira were in tow, when we headed out to Hopewell Furnace to meet up with Amanda, Mike and their crew. At 9:30 a.m. the humidity hung in the air heavy, but the joy of being together to celebrate the newest member of the family was electric!
Until the boys started sweating... then Amanda wipped out the snacks, I grabbed the water and threw it to the kids, all while wearing Kira and prepping a basket to put little Lillian in. We make a pretty good tag team!
Lillian is the cutest hungry caterpillar I've ever seen. And our conversation in between softly rocking the baby and parenting the other nine children present was priceless.
